Paging lets you, with phones that support it, do a 'Page' - you dial a number, and all the phones in the group pick up automatically, go into hands free, and play through their speaker what the caller is saying. This is very useful in a small office environment ("Pizza is at reception!"). To add a paging group, simply put in the Paging group number - this is the number that people will dial to page the group,
and the list of devices, one per line, that are to be paged. |
